So, the time has come to show the people the full version of license plate models for the CIS countries. Yes, I know, there have already been three versions, but this is the most complete (i.e. there are textures that were not there before)
The mod includes numbers of countries such as:

Tajikistan
Turkmenistan

Ukraine
USSR
