New HUD by Hot Shot

New HUD, done recently.

Replaced the HUD in this:

• Fist replaced with Troll Face.
• The wanted level is now white and instead of the old stars there are also Troll Face's.
• New icons for the map (from GTA IV)
• New colors for HP and money indicators.
• Instead of a clock (in simple GTA) there is the inscription Hot Shot
• New radar bezel.
• New sight texture.

Please don't kick too hard!
