The model is low-poly (about 3000 polys), but despite this, it is very detailed (3-dimensional stones, door handles, window frames and other little things). The prelight is set up qualitatively - that is, no porridge. Minor shortcomings - collision is not optimized (could be reduced to 500 polys), doors are a little higher than they should be and they are static.
p.s. the model was created for the RTA and will be used there, but in a more improved version (I will improve the collision, finalize the doors, add all sorts of little things and other nice things), but despite this, I by no means allow my model to be used in any GTA Shlyapins !
