I think that everyone remembers the HD Tommy mod for Vice City? This mod adds it to San Andreas (it looks even better in it) To replace CJ with it, use the Skin Selector. There are two files in the archive (txd and dff). They should be named the same. Mod tested for performance, everything is perfect!
