I think mystical mods have not been posted on the libertycity website for a long time. Here's my Leatherface skin, which is roughly similar to the leatherface from The texas chainsaw masskare movie. This is my first skin, so do not judge strictly for bugs (there are not many of them). Also in the archive is a mission involving the skin.
