Ready server SA-MP 0.3e RC6

Changes:

• Fixed a bug that led to a crash in a situation where a car was removed while the driver was using the “look back” camera mode.
• Removed Pay'n'Spray icons.
• Added GetVehicleModelInfo() function to get some parameters (for example, dimensions, etc.).
• Player head movements will now automatically stop when the player enters edit mode for attached objects.
• Added functions SetObjectMaterial() and SetPlayerObjectMaterial() with which you can change textures on models to others present in the game.
• New objects from cessil: sales signs, gas mask, grass and poker table.
