As you already understood, this small mod adds a new cell phone to the game - HTC Sensation. In addition, in the archive with the mod there are files to replace the knife with it. About the model and textures, I can say that the model is made in fairly good quality (about two and a half thousand polygons are involved), the textures are in 1024x1024 and 1024x512 formats.
