This program allows to reload handling.cfg on the fly, without restarting the game. Now you can instantly and repeatedly test the changes made to vehicle characteristics without closing the game, saving a lot of time that was previously spent on loading the game from the beginning. The program works as a code injection into the game's memory, so proactive antivirus software may raise alerts (add to exceptions).
Программа позволяет перезагружать handling.cfg на лету, без перезапуска игры. Теперь можно моментально и неоднократно опробовать внесенные изменения в характеристики транспортного средства, не закрывая игры, что экономит кучу времени, которое ранее тратилось загрузку игры сначала. Программа работает как инъекция кода в память игры, поэтому антивирусы с проактивной защитой могут ругаться (добавьте в исключения).
