Graphical improvement based on ENBSeries by Boris Vorontsov. The config is designed for high performance (in the next version there will be settings for different systems and for SA:MP), so you can enable default disabled effects in enbseries.ini.
The mod flies (in its standard form) on medium and runs normally on relatively weak systems.
