Now you can force to kill all passers-by except your gang, even cops, doctors and firefighters.
Now you can choose a passerby to kill.
CJ approaches someone and says that he will kill him if he does not kill the chosen passerby.
1. To select a passerby, press "Num 4", to force a passerby to kill the victim, press "Num 4"
2. If the passerby has a firearm, he will use it
