One of the earliest programs for replacing sounds and music in GTA San Andreas.
The initial versions of this program were released without a graphical interface.
Thanks to our friend koPPP, subsequent versions, including this one, gained the long-awaited visual appearance.
This version of the program is the most stable and least temperamental when it comes to sound replacement.
Its only quirk is that you must specify the game path without spaces, for example: DGta_SA.
And that's it. You can then perform any manipulations with the audio files, from simple listening to replacement.
This program is also very rare; I managed to find it while browsing various GTA-related sites, and I am happy to share it with you.
The program is localized in Russian.

Первоначальные версии этой программы выпускались без визуальной оболочки.
А благодаря нашему товарищу koPPP последующие версии, в том числе и эта, приобрели долгожданный визуальный облик.
Именно эта версия программы является самой стабильной и не капризной в замене звуков.
Её каприз один: вы должны указать путь к игре без пробелов, например: DGta_SA.
И всё. Дальше вы можете провести любые манипуляции со звуковыми файлами от простого прослушивания до замены.
А также эта программа очень редкая, я кое-как нашёл ее, бегая по различным сайтам по теме GTA, и всё-таки нашёл её и с радостью делюсь с вами.
Программа русифицирована.
