Here is the final version of my mod. Let me remind you that the mod replaces the negotiations of the San-Andreas police with the negotiations of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Almost nothing has been added here, only a "quack" to the police / police (someone like it) cars and the sound of the signal has been replaced. Вот и финальная версия моего мода. Напомню, что мод заменяет переговоры полиции San-Andreas`a на переговоры ДПС МВД РФ. Тут почти ничего не добавлено, только "крякалка" к милицейским/полицейским (у кого как) машинам и заменён звук сигнала. Если кто ещё не разобрался в установке, вот учебник. Приятной игры!
