Outwardly (and both internally and structurally) they differed little from their "younger brothers" (MAZ-103) - the same Mercedes engine and automatic transmission, the same interior with cloth seats ... The only difference was in the length and additional axle. Since 2005, all MAZ-107s began to pass through the TMZ, they installed the appropriate cabin kits and new route indicators. Since about the same time, all MAZ-107s have been adapted for the transportation of disabled people.
