In Russia, the days of the police are numbered, but in the state of San Andreas, everything is exactly the opposite. This mod replaces all law enforcement officers in the state with our good old cops. Moreover, when moving to the states, our valiant defenders considered it superfluous to learn some kind of English there, so they cheat in Russian. Also foreign militiamen were alien to buying Datura-grass, but not ours =) All installation details are described in the readme file.
