PS: U.B.C.S. - Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service is a special unit of Umbrella for taking countermeasures in conditions of biological contamination. The year the unit was founded is unknown. The nature of U.B.C.S. missions for the most part risky and dangerous, each operation maintains a rather high mortality rate for members of the unit. Presumably the U.B.C.S. consists of war criminals and mercenaries from around the world who have joined the U.B.C.S. as an alternative to capital punishment.
