SR-3M "Vikhr" (SA-Style)

The mod adds the SR-3M "Vikhr" assault rifle to the game.
The model is made in the style of the game — I tried to fully preserve the aesthetics.

• Does not interfere with the atmosphere of the game.
• The model sits smoothly in the hands.
• Not lore-friendly, but fits well into the game.
• Suitable for RP situations in SAMP.
