ADAR (SA-Style)

The mod adds a Russian-made civilian rifle ADAR 2-15 to the game.
The model is made in the style of the game — I tried to fully preserve the aesthetics.

• Added weapon icon.
• Model sits smoothly in hands.
• Not lore-friendly, but fits well into the game.
• Suitable for RP situations in SAMP.
