L4d2 exsteded Items Skins Pask

Extended Items Skins Pack from Left 4 Dead 2 for GTA: San Andreas.
From 1 to 4 new skin variants are added to all items and throwable objects, which appear randomly with each playthrough.
Some skins are created by the community, mostly by Manacat himself! And some others are created by others.

You can replace it using IMG Tool or through modloader, after creating a folder for the mod!
