The mod will change the beach on Santa Maria beyond recognition, making it look like a wild tropical beach like in Hawaii. Lots of palm trees, an island opposite also with palm trees. Those who don't like public beaches come here. The mod also adds new houses for vacationers.
The island also has a skull that glows underwater.
