Fixed dialogues with gangs

This plugin fixes dialogues with gangs Aztecs and Triads in GTA San Andreas, making their behavior more logical and friendly to Karl.

Changes:

• Friendly behavior :
  • The Aztec and Triad gangs are always friendly to Karl.
  • Instead of aggressive phrases, they now praise Karl.
  • The "Where are you from?" lines have been removed because it doesn't make sense in the context of the story.
    
    
• Behavior of other gangs :
  • If you have added gangs Italian mafia , Russian mafia or bikers , they remain hostile.
  • However, Carl now ignores their provocations, making the interaction less annoying.

Installation:

1. Download and unpack the plugin.
2. Place the file in the appropriate folder of your game (usually modloader or cleo, depending on the version).
