This mod will revive the construction site at the Skate Park. Add construction equipment, large pipes (building materials), add lighting at the construction site, now you can see that work is going on there. It will also add many different small building materials. All houses are placed more level.
Bonus: A house is being repaired and maintained next to the construction site. There are scaffoldings so that workers can do the work.
