This mod is based on GTA Online Halloween Event since 2021.
The Phantom Car is a reference to "Christine", the evil-ridden 1958 Plymouth Fury featured in the Stephen King novel and 1983 film of the same name. The way the car tries to run over the player if you get too close is a reference to a scene in the film in which Christine tries to run over a vandalizing gang member while she is being set on fire.
