Someone got tired of city life, moved to Red County and built a stylish house by the ocean.
The house features a nice terrace and a bridge to the water. The owner added white siding, replanted palm trees, and installed good lighting.
The house is clearly visible from the highway.
In short, the mod adds a stylish house to the game, a good object to populate GTA, doesn't interfere with gameplay and missions!

Кто-то устал жить в городе, уехал в район Ред Каунти и построил себе стильный дом на берегу океана.
Дом оснащён хорошей террасой и мостиком в воду. Хозяин сделал белую облицовку и пересадил пальмы, поставил хорошее освещение.
Домик хорошо видно уже с самой трассы.
Вкратце, мод добавляет стильный дом в игру, хороший обьект для наполнения ГТА, игровому процессу и во время миссий не мешает!
