Libraries and plugins contain stable updates from [25.10.2024]

Archive containing the files that everyone who starts modifying their game needs. The most necessary basic libraries without mods: Silent's ASI Loader, CLEO 4, Modloader.

Installation:

• The contents of the folders base and fixes unpack to the game folder, the optional folder contains files only for developers

Information:

• base — contains only the necessary game libraries to run modifications;
  • CLEO Library (v4.4.0 Stable);
  • Silent's ASI Loader (v1.3 Stable);
  • Modloader (v0.3.7 Stable);
• fixes* — contains scripts in which there are only stable plugins for minimal fixes that have been tested over the years;
  • *scripts — contains multiple (but only the most necessary) game fixes;
    $whps — WidrescreenHOR+ part of the widescreen fixes includes fixing the crowns, HUD and some others;
    GTASA.WidescreenFix — the second part of the fixes for widescreen mode, includes fixing the camera in cutscenes, the ability to manipulate the size of the HUD [intentionally uses the plugin version that is not the latest, which is more stable];
    aerofix — fixes for old systems and the Aero theme on Windows 7, a bit outdated fix, but its presence will not negatively affect;
    FlyMouse — plugin from Black&White activating a more correct and convenient flight on the mouse, correcting the original mouse flight function that is used by the game by default;
    FullStreamRadar — activates the loading of all radar textures at once when opening the "Map" menu, useful when using a higher quality radar, but its presence will not harm the original game;
    galleryleakfix — fixes a memory leak associated with saving screenshots to the gallery;
    Multi-sampling fix — fixes support for anti-aliasing for in-game mirrors in the wardrobe (the developers disabled it by default;
    rundll32exefix — a fix associated with the inability to expand the game after minimizing it, is necessary;
    saveLicensePlate — a fix associated with saving unique numbers on cars even after painting or saving in the garage;
    SilentPatchSA — a large set of game fixes, includes fixing hundreds of things in the game, is the most important for running the game due to the absence of alternatives;
    skygrad — fixes for the night sky gradient, which in the original game was displayed poorly even in x32 bit mode at high resolutions;
• optional — contains more experimental or useful things;
  • debug.asi/debugmenu.dll — (activation on Ctrl+M) debug menu for developers, allows you to more easily and conveniently test many things like cheat codes, changing the time and weather, camera control and other original debug functions of the game;
  • imfast — allows you to load your game very quickly, removing multiple stages of loading the game, such as loading screens for music, credits, etc. (even if there are many modifications in Modloader, the game will load instantly).

Postscript:
This is an archive that I regularly use for personal purposes, and perhaps it will be useful to someone else. Does not contain anything superfluous, unlike the Essentials Pack, and a pack of basic fixes for mods will be posted separately, so as not to mix the archives.
