In GTA SA Hospital doors looks so creepy especially at night its too dark and there is no light.
This is not like in real life. This modification, improves the textures of the hospital doors and windows in San Fierro and Los Santos and it gives you texture with lights like in real life, while not spoiling the atmosphere of the game.

The modification requires modloader to work.
