The modification was partially inspired by GTA: Underground and its authors, as well as the original spirit of the game that Rockstar created in games like Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories, which were partially refinements of the ideas laid down in San Andreas and were inspired by this game.
Concept:
- Restoring cut content (including script finds left by developers);
- Restoring some features and content from past game parts without violating the balance and canon where possible;
- The player is not required to see all the changes on the screen at once, the game should add new content but do it gradually without affecting the passage of the standard game;
- Constant optimization of resources and gameplay, the game should consume as few resources as possible.
Features:
- Game resources are optimized, (so far only) ps2 textures are used, limits are set to consume a minimum amount of memory (it is recommended to remove plugins to reduce);
- Some changes have been added to the game's scripts, for example, the Patriot car has been replaced with a civilian version in all major missions and import exports, and has also been added to traffic;
- The entire modification is created in the original Rockstar traditions as much as possible and where it is suitable;
- A huge work has been done on unbalancing and adding physics to new types of transport;
- The game uses PS2 resources from all three games, which reduces the size of the archives for delivery (PC textures will also be available as an option);
- Returned the names of basic cheat codes from Vice City;
- Work has begun on retexturing Vice City and Liberty City in accordance with the standards of the San Andreas map.
Additionally:
- Go to the lib\/ folder and move d3d9.dll (dxvk) to the game folder if you want to use Vulkan instead of DirectX9 (allows you to run the game on Win7 or increase performance (!consumes more RAM!);
- Go to the asi\/ folder if you want to add more extension plugins to the game, but this can lead to crashes and new problems, be careful (more plugins will appear in this folder in the future).
Installation:
- Download the archives from the links on the website or go to the specified Telegram channel (@sapp_build14) (it is created for each version of the modification);
- Download gtasa_pc_audio.* (or take the audio folder from your original game) and the modification folder sapp_pc_public.*;
- Unzip the archives using the 7z archiver and place the audio folder in the folder with the rest of the game.
- Run the game.
Updates:
- A transition was made to main.scm version PC_2.00, which contains a larger number of fixes made by Rockstar officially
- The game was rebuilt to eliminate frequent problems
Afterword:
Very early version of the modification and will be updated in real time (rolling-release).
There is no need to report problems that are not script-related. The game does not contain game fixes except for the most basic and necessary to run the game.

Модификация частично была вдохновлена GTA: Underground и его авторами, а также оригинальным духом игры который создали Rockstar в таких играх как Liberty City Stories и Vice City Stories, которые частично являлись доработкой идей заложенных в San Andreas и были вдохновлены этой игрой.
Концепция:
- Восстановление вырезанного контента (включая скриптовые находки оставленные разработчиками);
- Восстановление части возможностей и контента из прошлых игровых частей без нарушений баланса и канона где это возможно;
- Игрок не обязан видеть все изменения сразу на экране, игра должна добавлять новый контент но делать это постепенно не влияя на прохождение стандартной игры;
- Постоянные оптимизации ресурсов и игрового процесса, игра должна потреблять как можно меньше ресурсов.
Особенности:
- Оптимизированы ресурсы игры, используются (пока что только) ps2 текстуры, лимиты выставлены для потребления минимального количества памяти (для снижения рекомендуется убирать плагины);
- Добавлены некоторые изменения в скрипты игры, например машина Patriot была заменена на гражданскую версию во всех основных миссиях и импорте экспорте, также добавлена в трафик;
- Вся модификация создается в оригинальных традициях Rockstar насколько это возможно и где это пригодно;
- Проведена громадная работа над разбалансировкой и добавлением физики новых видов транспорта;
- Игра использует PS2 ресурсы от всех трех игр, что позволяет сократить объем архивов для поставки (PC текстуры будут доступны также как опция);
- Возвращены имена базовых чит-кодов из Vice City;
- Начата работа по ретекстуру Vice City и Liberty City в соответствии со стандартами карты San Andreas.
Дополнительно:
- Зайдите в папку lib/ и переместите d3d9.dll (dxvk) в папку с игрой если вы хотите использовать Vulkan вместо DirectX9 (позволяет запускать игру на Win7 или повышать производительность (!потребляет больше ОЗУ!);
- Зайдите в папку asi/ если вы хотите добавить больше плагинов расширений в игру, но это может приводить к вылетам и новым проблемам, будьте осторожны (в будущем в этой папке будет появляться больше плагинов).
Установка:
- Скачайте архивы по ссылкам на сайте или перейдите в указанный канал Телеграм (@sapp_build14) (он создается для каждой версии модификации);
- Скачайте gtasa_pc_audio.* (или возьмите из своей оригинальной игры папку audio) и папку с модификацией sapp_pc_public.*;
- Распакуйте архивы при помощи 7z архиватора и поместите папку audio в папку с остальной игрой.
- Запустите игру.
Обновления:
- Был совершен переход на main.scm версии PC_2.00 которое содержит большее количество исправлений сделанных Rockstar официально
- Игра была пересобрана с целью устранения частых проблем
Послесловие:
Очень ранняя версия модификации и будет обновляться в режиме реального времени (rolling-release).
Не нужно сообщать о проблемах которые не являются скриптовыми. Игра не содержит игровых исправлений кроме самых базовых и необходимых для запуска игры.
