RenderWare Studio 2.0 (April 2004)
Recommended system requirements:
- Graphics adapter: NVidia GForce 2 (or better) or ATI Radeon.
- DirectX 9 support for running the gaming platform on PC.
- Screen resolution: 1280x1024.
- Processor: 1 GHz.
- Memory: 1 GB RAM.
- Disk space: 200 MB of free space.
- Software: MS Windows 2000, Service Pack 2, or MS Windows XP.
You will also need the MS Forms 2.0 Objects library. You will have it if you have MSOffice or MS ActiveX Control Pad installed.
Installation:
This installation is the full version. You must uninstall any previous versions of RenderWare Studio.
- Run Setup.exe
- Follow the instructions, choosing the default installation if possible.
- The "Typical" installation contains all the sample files, if you do not need them, select the "Compact" installation.
- The installer will allow you to install a version of Acrobat Reader that is required to read some documents.
The installation comes with a 10-day trial license. If you have previously installed RenderWare Studio, your existing license file will be retained, but you will need a valid license for this version. You can apply for a full license for http://support.renderware.com/licencing
The installation will copy the executables and create an entry in the RenderWare Studio programs menu for RenderWare Studio and associated programs and documentation. - At the end of the installation, you will be prompted to launch RenderWare Studio.
