GTA IV Hud (full version)

This mod makes the HUD completely the same as in GTA IV.
Replaced the HUD itself, icons of objects on the map (restaurants, shops, ganshops) and so on, as in GTA IV. And the maplist has also been replaced, similar to GTA IV.

If the authors did not fit in the line, then:

• Alexander Blade (Creator of HUD IV itself)
• RALMAS - Icon Creator.
• I don't remember the creator of maplist.
