I'm uploading this mostly for myself, because I like to run GTA SA at 100% and every time I prepare a similar save at the start, here is the ultimate version of my ideal start of the game, so as not to start from scratch every time, for convenience. If you wish, use it, I will be glad:)
Save features:

Загружаю это в основном для себя, т.к. люблю бегать в ГТА СА на 100% и каждый раз готовлю подобное сохранение на старте, тут же ультимативная версия моего идеального старта игры, чтобы с нуля не начинать каждый раз, для удобства. Если желаете — пользуйтесь, буду рад:)
