An excellent speedometer from Asen, which was a little... visually unsuitable for the game, I made it more natural for the game, fixed some problems and expanded the functions in the ini. I publish with the permission of the author.
List of changes:

• The display method has been changed to the method from Cleo+, which does not exceed the game limit for drawing on the screen (Previously there was a bug in racing when the speedometer became a white square);
• Made it visually more suitable for SA;
• Added several parameters to ini, such as: text position, line size, invert line direction;
• Removed the color change when changing gear, but did it when using nitro;
• Changed the font of the numbers and added the text km/h;
• Now when you turn off the hud, the speedometer also disappears.
