A mod friendly to the lore of the original game, the M16, cut from GTA San Andreas and only found in cutscenes, is now used for normal mode as well. While many people put the weapon textures from Manhunt 2, this mod has a slightly darker and bolder texture compared to the M4 and an icon designed to better resemble the M16.
Compared to the M4, the M16 has a much higher rate of fire, despite the fact that its magazine is limited to 30 rounds by default.
The mod is available for both normal installation and add-on without replacement.
