This mod fixes lot of incorrect peds due to Rockstar Laziness.
Fixes:
- Restore Security Guard and Pimp voice due to typo
- HECK1, HECK2, SMYST, SMYST2, WMOICE, VBMOCD, BMOCD now has "fatman" animation from Big smoke
- WMYSGRD now has "swat" animation
- SWMOTR1 now has "fatwoman" animation
