The Haggy Waggy is a tall, slender, and cute animal that remotely resembles a primate, covered in bright blue, thick fur. Its flexible arms and legs stretch several feet long and end in large yellow and solid hands and feet. His palms and feet have large velcro straps that Huggy uses for grasping and cuddling. He has a rather rounded torso, disproportionately small compared to his long limbs, Huggy wears a blue bow around his neck. Huggy has a large head, remotely resembling a heart shape, with two eyes and black dilated pupils, and wide red cartoon sausage lips that form his smile.
