This mod will make unused pedestrians spawn. This will not replace any pedestrians, but will add new ones, using new IDs! Now pedestrians will be a little more diverse.

BMOSEC.
It is not entirely clear why the developers did not include them in the game in the final version.
Note: VHFYST is hard to find, but it will appear automatically.
Этот мод заставит появляться неиспользуемых пешеходов. Это не заменит каких-либо пешеходов, а добавит новых, по новым ID! Теперь пешеходы будут чуть разнообразней.
