Hello everyone. I present to you HD characters with working facial animation! All peds have been replaced with HD analogues. Now they have facial animation working. There are also replacements in cutscenes, replaced according to the plot before Toreno. Minor characters in cutscenes are not replaced, or are partially replaced.
This is the first beta for now, the second one is unknown when it will be released.
