Starry Skies v1.2.1

Starry Skies v1.2.1 is a PC-port of mobile mod.
The original mod is adding way more stars and replaces the default R-shaped "picture".

Supported game versions are ANY GTA of 3D-era.
The mod has been tested in Modloader by @Artem_kostromi, also with SkyGFX and 2DFX Project.

• Changeable time for start/end of the stars

• Vice City support (all versions)
• Smooth Stars appearance
• The weather is taken into account when the stars are shown
• Widescreen fix for stars (on by default) (Widescreen Fix for SA is not fixing it?!)
• An ability to turn off stars at all
