Bullet tracers from GTA Vice City and GTA III

This plugin replaces the standard bullet tracers with the tracers that were in GTA VC and GTA III.

Install only ONE plugin.

There are settings for each weapon:

• Alpha tracer;
• Time until tracer disappears;
• Tracer thickness.

• 3. Should a bullet whistling sound be present on a certain weapon
