Street musicians v4.0
Now there are street musicians all over the state of San Andreas!
In every city you can meet unique musical groups, unique performers playing different melodies, and all this on instruments such as:
- Violin;
- Saxophone;
- Guitar;
- Synthesizer;
- Electric guitar.
There is an opportunity to donate money to musicians.
After the donation, the musician can start performing a different composition (the songs change in random order).

This update changes the modification quite a lot, making it more friendly to the atmosphere and time of what is happening in GTA San Andreas. Also, musicians can now be met much less often, but at the same time, meetings with them have become a little more interesting and less predictable.
More details about the update:
- Almost all the music from the mod has been replaced with music from the 80s and 90s;
- You can increase or decrease the number of songs for each musician (Like in the "Gangs With Music" mod). If you decide to change something, do not forget to indicate the maximum number of songs in the .ini file!
- When one song ends, another song will start playing. Previously, she played alone and the same until you donate to the musician;
- Donations. There is no longer a fixed amount, now you can decide how much you want to donate, ranging from a minimum amount of $10 to a maximum of $1000. And most importantly, now the amount of your donation directly determines whether the musician will change the composition or continue to play the current one. $10 – 1% chance of changing the song. For example, by donating $350 you will get a 35% chance of changing the song (The percentage is indicated next to the donation amount, keys Y and N);
- After donating, the musician changes the song to another. There is no longer a situation where the same song is repeated several times;
- Remember the sleeping guitarist?
- The location of many musicians has been changed. Now musicians will change in the same place on certain days of the week. For example, in downtown SF you might find a guitarist, an electric guitarist, and a pianist all in the same place but on different days of the week. And for example, saxophonists in LS and SF change their position every day, which is why they are now more difficult to meet, but you can meet them at unexpected times and in unexpected places;
- Having killed a musician or frightened him, on that day you will no longer meet him in that place;
- Musicians now react better to aiming at them, damage, etc.;
- The musicians will not appear in front of you if you teleport directly to their position, they only appear at a sufficient distance, which looks more natural;
- After the musician leaves his things and leaves or runs away, his things will not disappear in front of the player, but only when the player moves away from them.
More details about technical changes:
- Fixed a bug due to which items could get stuck in game saves (Without breaking the save, but leaving traces);
- Fixed freezes when approaching musicians (Especially noticeable on SSD). The friezes appeared due to the fact that at each approach, information was read from the .ini file. Now almost all information is loaded when the game starts;
- Added additional checks in case of interference from other poorly written scripts to prevent crashes;
- Audio volume from musicians now works based on camera position rather than player position.

- The file uploading system has been changed to the one used in the Busy Pedestrians mod;
- The saxophone and microphone models have been replaced with more optimized ones from GTA 4;
- Added 2 acoustic guitar models and 1 electric guitar model. Issued randomly;
- The remaining models have been slightly optimized;
- Fixed when it was possible to donate without having the required amount.

For optimization, coordinates and NPC IDs were cut out of .ini, since due to endless reading of these parameters there were small drops in FPS, and people with HDD experienced even more problems.

- The loading of music files has been reworked, now only those that are currently playing are loaded. Previously, everything was loaded at once, which led to freezes;

- For optimization, some functions were cut from .ini;

- Now there are almost twice as many musicians! For balance, the spawn of musicians is divided into days of the week, namely every other day;
- Added 11 melodies (Guitar-5; Saxophone-4; Violin-2);
- A lot of the audio tracks have been edited in volume (mostly increased), bringing everyone closer to about level 1;
- Musicians react to donations from other people; Musicians react to bad weather. Now if it rains, they will disperse. Or you simply won’t meet them;
- If you are within the radius of the musicians and night falls, they will disperse.
- If you shoot or kill someone near the musician, or someone else does this, they will react and run in panic like all NPCs. This works if you are within a small radius of them (and a few other conditions);
- Added another reaction to aggression from the player. Previously, the musicians always attacked the hero, now a simple reaction has been added with a high chance when they run away in panic, but the one when they attack the player has also remained and you will receive 2 wanted stars;
- Now, after making donations, musicians do not always interrupt the melody, but continue to play;
- When donating, the main character always turns towards the bag with money;
- Added support for gamepads. Also, when donating, the corresponding button will be displayed;
- The coordinates of each musician can be replaced in the .ini file with the desired ones;
- The ability to change the time in the .ini file at which musicians can be met;
- Ability to configure the position of the tool in the hands in the .ini file;
- Ability to replace the character model in the .ini file;
- Ability to change the donation amount in the .ini file;
- Ability to change the volume of sounds in the .ini file;
