Hello everyone!
This modification removes the feature of some highways in the game - reducing the maximum speed of transport. The culprit is the flag 16384 "ExtraAirResistance" in cull.ipl - this modification removes it.
Installation: transfer the cull.ipl file to the data\/maps path.

Эта модификация убирает особенность некоторых шоссейных дорог в игре — уменьшение максимальной скорости транспорта. Всему виной флаг 16384 "ExtraAirResistance" в cull.ipl — эта модификация его и удаляет.
Установка: файл cull.ipl перекинуть по пути data/maps.
