for unknown reason "Thrust" setting stopped working in my game. Fixed.

Added the ability to turn on the spotlight, which is aimed at the magnet. Enabled by * asterisk. The power key can be changed in ini.

Features:
Two options for magnet behavior (MagnetAlwaysEnabled in ini). Default is = 1 — magnet is always present (will appear when you get into the helicopter). If you put =0 then the magnet will appear after pressing the Home key. By pressing it again, you can remove it again (the key is defined in .ini — MagnetEnableKey);
Helicopter power (thrust) can be changed in .ini — Thrust parameter. The default is 1.3, and in regular GTA SA it is 0.3. That's why it was not able to lift anything.
There is no need to use the modified handling.cfg now, so no more conflicts with other mods.
Disadvantages:
When you remove the magnet, the rope separates and remains on the screen for a couple of seconds.
