The action takes place after CJ dealt with Big Smoke and Tenpenny.
One fine day, CJ learns from Sweet that the Ballas have returned and taken over Glen Park. The next day, Sweet and CJ are celebrating their hockey team's victory when the Grove guy bursts into the house and says they were attacked by the Ballas.
