From the author: My hacking of MTA files The provinces decided to sell bad people, so I have no choice but to merge all these files into access. The archive contains unlocked IMG files and maps of the Province, as well as a working MEd for them with a fix for crashes (if you want to open in MEd, then only in this one, in the rest it will crash). Works alone, to work as a client assembly, you will need a custom MTA client.
