Hi all. I present to you Vice City Washington. I took this Washington out of GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.

Installation: (For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the washing.dff and eashing.txd files or upload them to Modloader, if available.
(For Android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program in gta3.img, replace the washing.dff file.
