Small mod that fixes the Los Santos building, thanks to Mehaniq for the video "Unused brands and companies in GTA San Andreas", in which I found out about this flaw. There is a mod on the site that also returns the old showcase, but it is implemented a little differently. The model completely retains all the parameters from the original model, and 2dfx is in place.
Installation: Replace manns04_lawn.dff in gta3.img, or copy it to the modloader folder. Have a good game!
