For those who are tired of hearing hissing on empty radio stations. You can install it on both GTA Criminal Russia and regular GTA San Andreas. Radio Retro, Chanson and Megapolis FM remained untouched.
Added: Aphrodite FM, Europe +, AvtoRadio, Radio Record, Russian Radio, Hit 90, Vladivostok FM and added Radio 7 purely from myself.
In general, download, unpack and throw the audio folder, agreeing with the replacement of files, to the root of the game where your game is installed. And we also throw two folders there - text and models.

Для тех, кому надоело слышать шипения на пустых радиостанциях. Установить можно это как на GTA Criminal Russia, так и на обычную GTA San Andreas. Радио Ретро, Шансон и Мегаполис FM остались не тронуты.
Добавлено: Афродита FM, Европа +, АвтоРадио, Радио Рекорд, Русское Радио, Хит 90, Владивосток FM и чисто от себя добавил Радио 7.
В общем скачиваем, распаковываем и папку audio кидаем, соглашаясь с заменой файлов, в корень игры там, где установлена у вас игра. И ещё туда же кидаем две папки — text и models.
