Actually, my version of this radio station.
Backstory...
Many saw the same billboard in Los Santos, above the Ganton district, but no one really understood then why it was. Then, someone thought it was a cut radio station.
There isn't much information about her on the GTA Wiki. Then videos began to appear on YouTube with a full tracklist under the Beta mark.
Now for the mod itself. The original was a solid file, which is why in the game it always played first (like others like it, which I don't like).
Therefore, I cut it for myself (still not perfect, I wanted to tie certain inserts to specific tracks).
There are also no song titles. And this is not due to laziness (sort of), but to the function of displaying text on the device screen - or in the common RDS.
Although it appeared in 1990, which seems to fit into the atmosphere, it was not implemented anywhere in the 3D universe.
Add to this a rather old fleet of vehicles in the game with ancient radio tape recorders and we get what we have.
Full two-hour mix with track titles here -
There are also inconsistencies such as the host saying that the bridges at San Fierro and Las Venturas are still closed. This is because ATP does not have the ability to only play certain cutscenes as the story progresses (unlike the original radio).
There is an icon in the archive (for some reason they don’t work for me after I added a few more radio stations), paste it into the ATP.txd file (the one in models / txd).
If you need to reduce the volume of all radio stations, then there is a settings.ini file in the ATP folder, in it the Global Volume parameter can be lowered from 100 to 70.
Or edit the volume of the music files themselves with an audio editor or converter (for example, Format Factory).
upd. v 2.0
Complete overhaul of the radio.
1. Now Weekend Party Mix can turn on in the evening and at night, and in the morning you will hear the DJ say that the party was a success. All thanks to the Atmospheric Tracks option (for atmosphere, I advise you to increase the number of hours in a day from 24 to 48 in MixSets in order to give the game more time to play).
2. In the Sidetracks folder, there are inserts between tracks that mention the plot of the game - the closing of bridges, the trial of C.R.A.S.H. and two variations of Unrest in LS.
These are files 1, 4, 5, 6 - you can not insert them if you do not want inconsistencies, when each of them will be played in a random sequence (but if you are an amateur in English, then it's not scary).
3. No extraneous track summaries at the beginning and end (somewhere I had to cut some of the summaries to adapt to the mod), everything was edited in Audacity.
Linking the DJ's remarks in meaning to individual tracks.
4. Icons work flawlessly, in the previous version I used the wrong version of ATP, which is why this bug was.
As well as the display file, which shows the names of radio stations, tracks and icons.
Switching tracks to "[" and "]", full scan "=", turning off the radio "/".
Installation:
Throw folder 12 into the folder with the ATP mod (if there is already such a name, then rename it to any number no higher than 63).
The mod requires Adavanced Track Player version 1.2.1. It is better organized and easier to use and edit.
