3 new balloons have been added to the Arizona RP New Year's Update Festive Plaza. This modification replaces the standard one-color balloons with New Year's ones.
Models to replace: Ball number 1 (Red ball) - White and red ball Ball number 2 (Blue ball) - Yellow-blue ball Ball number 3 (White ball) - Checkered ball
Manual modification setting: Option 1: Move the balloon_texts.txd file to the modloader folder Option 2: Replace the file in the archive along the path Game folder/SAMP/SAMP.img
