New Real Groove Street

Attention this mod uses not only textures, but also new models.

In this mod:

• Replaced objects in the CJ house (dff models): Sofa, armchair, table, bedside table, chairs, flower.
• New objects in CJ house (dff models):
• In the kitchen: Added fire extinguisher, various fruits.
• In the living room: Added computer desk, bookcase, telephone on the table.
• In the bedroom: a new computer has been added.
• Replaced textures: Absolutely all textures have been replaced inside CJ's house.
• Scripts: in the house on the second floor (in the bedroom) you can play on the computer,
• there is a tape recorder in the living room near the bookcase, you can listen to music.
• On Grove Street: changed textures of some houses, replaced broken cars (On Grove) with more real ones.
• New weapons (9 pieces)
