This is Tagged from "Shadows of Chernobyl" for San Andreas, but now fits in the style of SA! No HD textures or bulging eyes, everything is compressed: the model is optimized both in terms of polygons and in terms of textures. And a great bun to boot.
There are two versions in the archive: with and without a gauze bandage. Just rename the skin to the desired peda (or through the skin selector, modloader version is recommended) and use it.
