Phoenix is a stealthy group with good equipment and weapons. According to leaked information, it is known that the group is funded by NATO. Хоть фениксы и отлично воюют, в условиях Зоны они выживают достаточно тяжело и без проводников через аномальные поля пройти никогда не смогут.
